Touko Banix is a full-service digital agency. We offer branding and PR, web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, system development, SEO, digital marketing, social media management, graphic design, video and motion graphics, business consulting, strategy, staff augmentation and training.
We have offices in Buea (Cameroon), Doha (Qatar) and Canal Winchester, Ohio (USA), and we are incorporated in Qatar and the United States. We work with startups, SMEs, institutions and individuals in Cameroon, Europe, North America, the Middle East and beyond, fully remotely when needed.
We were founded in 2017, officially opened our doors in 2020, and have delivered more than 2,000 projects since.
Pricing depends on scope, timeline and complexity. Every project starts with a free consultation, after which we send a written quote. We work in local and international currencies, so we can quote in XAF, USD, EUR, GBP, CAD or QAR.
Yes. Work begins once the agreed deposit or upfront payment has been received. Larger projects are split into milestones, with each milestone paid before it begins. Full details are in our Terms of Service.
A typical CMS business website takes 2 to 6 weeks. Custom websites, mobile apps and systems take 2 to 6 months or more, depending on features. We give a timeline in your written proposal.
Because our work is customised and starts as soon as you pay, refunds are limited and depend on the stage of the project. Read our full Refund Policy.
Yes. Once your invoice is paid in full, ownership of the agreed final deliverables transfers to you. We keep the right to show the work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to in writing.
Both. We build CMS sites (such as WordPress with Elementor) for easy self-management, and custom-coded sites and web applications when you need unique features, speed or scale.
Yes. Every project includes a support window after launch, and we offer monthly maintenance, SEO and social media retainers.
Yes. We do keyword research and SEO for specific countries and cities, and have ranked clients #1 for their target keywords in competitive local markets.
